Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but typically take 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. International orders may take longer.
Click the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” link at the top of our website. Enter your name, email, and a secure password to get started.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the new address. If the order has already shipped, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to request an address change.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
No. For your security, we do not store credit card details. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address. The amount will be displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to many locations. At checkout, you’ll be able to see whether we deliver to your country. If you’re unsure, please email us at [email protected].
Whenever possible, we ship items together. However, if products are stored in different warehouses or are large/bulky, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at [email protected].
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the incorrect item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
After contacting us, we’ll provide the correct return address and shipping instructions based on your item and location. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we’ll work with you and the carrier to try to resolve the issue.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can help modify or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you may return it according to our return policy.
Some items may be available for pre-order. If a product is out of stock, please email us at [email protected] to check availability or to be notified when it’s back.
